UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES

Understanding the times has always been both a call and a challenge for God’s people.  Whether it is knowing how Israel should respond to a change in Kingship, as in the days of the Chronicler, or whether it is knowing how the church should respond in the midst of the swirling tides of today's information society, discernment is needed.  Join us as we lay out a framework for Biblical discernment and then put that framework into practice discussing ideas in recent podcasts.

First Things

Explore Christ Church! This informal discussion class is designed for those who want to know more about the theology, vision, ministries, and behind-the-scenes working of the church. It is for any who are interested in membership and for those who are simply curious about faith and/or the church.

Leviticus

Although Leviticus often receives a bad reputation, it has a rich significance when its deep symbolism is understood. The book demonstrates how Israel approached God through various sacrifices and purity regulations. Furthermore, Leviticus served as a blueprint for Israel's holiness in divine service. Throughout this course, we will explore how these core concepts inform and shape our perspective on the New Testament.
